About Us
Adventures of Edmonton- Your ABC Guide started out as
a little side project that developed into something much
greater and way more fun than anticipated. Jennifer was
surprised that some long-time Edmontonians had never
gone to, let alone heard of, some of the day trips that
Jennifer had explored with her family. She had the
inspiration to create a guidebook for sharing these places,
but when Jennifer realized that she could not magically acquire
photography skills, she asked her friend Wen to join
her. Wen loves to capture the joy in life and creates fun

Together, with five children between them (Emma,
Katie, & Evan Klein and Wren & Avy Kauffman) they set
out on a mission to let others know that these fun places
existed.

Jennifer is originally from Kanata, ON but having
lived here for 11 years, she now considers herself an
Edmontonian. Wen was born in Edmonton and grew
up in Sherwood Park. She was delighted and a little
embarrassed to have experienced some of these places
for the first time. Jen and Wen hope your family has as
much fun as they did exploring each of the featured
places.
